User / Customer: An individual who browses, books, or receives services through the Platform.
Service Provider / Provider: An individual or business offering services via the Platform.
Platform: The Ouico mobile application, website, and associated digital services.
Booking: A request initiated by a User to receive a service from a Provider.
Account: A registered profile created by a User or Provider on Ouico.
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Ouico reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
Ensuring all account information remains accurate and up to date
All activities conducted through your account
Ouico may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Users may:
Browse available services
Book services
Communicate with Providers
Submit reviews after service completion
Users agree to:
Provide accurate service details (location, timing, instructions)
Pay applicable fees as listed on the Platform
Comply with cancellation and refund policies
Providers may:
Create and manage service listings
Set pricing and availability
Accept bookings
Receive payouts after service completion
Providers must:
Submit required KYC and verification documents
Ensure services are lawful, safe, and accurately described
Maintain professionalism and industry standards
Arrive on time for confirmed bookings
Ouico reserves the right to suspend or remove Providers who fail to comply.
A Booking is confirmed once accepted by the Provider
Users must ensure availability and provide accurate service details
Providers must deliver services as described and on time
Ouico does not provide services directly and acts solely as a marketplace facilitator.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
Prices displayed include provider charges and platform commissions
Users authorize payment at booking or service completion, depending on service type
Providers receive payouts after service completion, minus platform commissions and applicable fees
Ouico does not store full payment card details.
Cancellation policies vary by service and are displayed during booking
Cancellations may be initiated by:
Users, subject to cancellation windows
Providers, in case of emergencies or unavailability (which may affect ratings)
Refunds:
Are processed per platform policy
Are issued to the original payment method
Typically take 5–10 business days
Ouico reserves the right to apply cancellation charges where applicable.
